Telephoned report received of illegal Horton campaign sign on Laguna Street between Islay and Pedregosa.
This isn't about me so I'll note only that I am a Santa Barbara resident.
My hope is others will drift into this space and contribute ideas and suggestions for how we can better our jointly-shared and only earth space.
